Daniel End of March Update

It was a tough start to the season for the Lions. Many games were winnable but errors have cost us. What matters is we're winning region games and we're setting up well for playoffs seeding.

The season started with back to back losses to Wren, 10-8 in 8 innings and 14-13 in 9. The next week we played Walhalla twice and Blue Ridge, going 1-1 against Walhalla winning 19-1 and losing 12-6, and losing 6-1 to Blue Ridge. The following week we played West-Oak twice winning both times 8-2 and 19-8. This past week we played Seneca twice and BHP. We dropped both games to Seneca 5-3 and beat BHP 7-0.

We still have region series against Crescent and Pendleton left to go, but dropping both games to Seneca all but hands them the region title unless something disastrous happens to the Bobcats. 2nd is still up for grabs and hopefully we will continue to rack up region wins.
