Congratulations Greenville. This one's all kind of ugly. We'll take this ass whipping and move on. Try to see what we can do going forward. Liner is a smart coach and I have faith that he'll make the right changes so our program can play at a more competitive level. I'm staying until the bitter end. Can't remember the last time Greenwood had a running clock when losing. Embarrassing to say the least.

I want to say I’ve seen Greenwood lose three state title games but I always pull for them to make it back every year.

I’m with the other folks. Always love to see the Eagles winning. I saw the Cavs play this Greenville team. What we were able to do effectively was blitz the QB.

Shoot the lanes and get pressure on the QB I suppose. I seem to remember that he’s not as accurate on the run. Seems like an obvious statement but I’ve seen QB’s who threw better outside the pocket.

Every time I remember Greenwood pulling it out was through the air. Not sure what you guys have this year. I haven’t seen Greenwood play in several years.

Always a fan. Greenwood has maybe the classiest fanbase I’ve seen year in and year out.
We changed QB since we played ya'll we've had a changed starting with the Mauldin game he's more accurate bigger and will run if he has to
Congrats Red Raider! Hate that my boys didn't play better. Is what it is. Good luck the rest of the season.

Major playoff implications possibly on the line here. Greenwood has had some unfortunate injuries but that's football. The games go on. We really need to put it in gear and get a win. Who you got and why?

So took the easy route tonight and went to the closest game because I knew Daniel / Pendleton was going to be a beat down. I thought Greenville would win and may even win big. I gotta say I’ve seen Greenwood play in some form or fashion over the last 4 decades. That was a piss poor effort on their part. I was shocked at their lack of size and depth. They are real bad on special teams and the worst tackling I’ve seen all year. And I’ve seen some bad teams.
What was really disheartening is to see a team quit on the field and especially a team with the pride and traditions of Greenwood. That offense is beyond played out and can not succeed at that level of football. The play where Greenville took the pitch out of the air for a TD was proof that it’s just to predictable.I will say Greenville looked much better than when i saw them earlier in the year. They won’t win state but they can make some noise. They played a disciplined game tonight.

I wondered out loud if Greenwood had ever had a running clock put on them or not.

Saw some highlights from the Greenville - DF scrimmage early on this season...wasn't impressed especially looking at their discipline and execution...they have definitely gotten better. Greenwood is not very good this season. Good team last year.

This is a very embarrassing loss. Happy for Porter, but for Greenwood this is really not acceptable. I've been saying. Need more balance offensively. We have more accurate passers, but for whatever reason they won't mix up the QB play. 2 passes the whole night. I'm sure the receivers would like to touch the ball too. This season is pretty much a wash for Greenwood. Congrats to Greenville.

Greenwood should’ve hired Porter
