Take this to the bank! The next Head Coach at Fort Dorchester will be the AD’s husband! This will be the PRINCIPAL decision alone! The Principal runs that school! It’s his school alone! Judging the success for the Patriots will be on the Principal’s (xBand Director) shoulder! The team may march at Halftime!!!!!!

Defense C . Will be named the New Head Coach!!!

Quite interesting. I have no idea but that would be surprising to me.

Heard that Tate at AR was supposed to be the HC for the Fort Job last year when they forced Laprad out. Has connections to the District AD and when Laprad got reinstated due to the community support, Tate was placed at AR. Not sure if he would go try to get the Fort Job again or continue to ride it out at AR.

Tate will be better off staying at Ashley Ridge...
The school district has been trying since the opening of Ashley Ridge to get more of the kids transferred over there Because it's the newest school and has the greatest ability for expansion....
DD2 is currently working on a new realignment...
Summerville and Fort are mostly at max capacity...
And DD2 has one big athletic budget, So there's no reason to change.

What do you mean it?

Feel like he like a used car salesman riding off the success of the culture built by Fidler who AR should have done everything to keep

Tate couldn’t have a worse reputation in the upstate where he’s spent his career. Shocking he has not been in the news for recruiting at some point

Heck quite a few schools recruit err I mean get transfers here. Just would be buisness as usual in our area.
Personally I don't care bit it's frowned upon by some.

Yea, Tate had the rep in the upstate as a recruiter, but he isn’t alone. It is almost common practice now in the areas of SC where you have multiple high schools clustered together in the bigger areas like Greenville. Spartanburg, Columbia, and Charleston. And most of the programs aren’t shy about it. Just the way the game is played these days.
