I saw today on sportsyou that former Wilson HFC Daryl Page is the new HFC at Wilson HS. Didn't they just hear the guy from NC/VA? That place just can't get out of it's own way.

Well, Wilson didn't get rid of Ferebee, he left, back to NC to coach at Butler High School. The article states that "a Tiger interim coach will be named by week's end" according to Wilson's AD. They must already have someone in mind for such a short search period.

With what happened at Wilson this morning, there are now 7 openings according to the SCPrepTalk account on the "SCHSL Football - Head Coach changes for 2024 (updated 4/14/24)" post - (Wilson makes it 7).
