On a more positive note, had an amazing experience on Facebook over the last 24 hours or so. Did a lot of writing and took a lot of twists and turns!

The first link kinda describes the following link...

Again, not sure why I should be all in for Trump. Maybe I'm just imagining that pressure. But my Facebook page has like...9 people following it. Not sure what the number used to be but I wonder if it was double digits at once?

It's the Christian angle that got me right out of the gate. Early in the primaries Trump famously said nobody loves the Bible more than him and then famously said he doesn't believe in asking God for forgiveness because he doesn't think he's ever made a mistake or apparently "sinned". He didn't say sin but that's how I enterpret it.

My dad always told me, "There was only one perfect person who walked the earth and that was Jesus."

It'd be one thing if he came out and said, "I don't believe in God so why should I ask for forgiveness?"
At least that makes logical sense even to a Christian but the cognitive dissonance going on is kinda of unbelievable to me.

But the economy is good right? So I should be happy about that...if all I cared about was money.

Had a friend back me up during the primaries when I compared DJT to Michael Palin's character in the famous Dead Parrot Monty Python skit...

Except that Michael Palin's character is much more polite and doesn't act like V6.

Then this same guy was like, but he's better than Hillary! And I was like, "Well what's wrong with President Pence?"

And he said a president Pence would be perfect!

And then my best bud Chuck said recently, "The worst thing for the liberal party would be a president Pence! I don't know why they're trying to impeach Trump!?"

And I was like, "Well following your logic....what are WE waiting for?"

Again, I'm not seeing the whole picture so that's why I hesitate to pass judgement to harshly either way. What was it I posted on Facebook recently...

“One of the greatest pitfalls in life is knowing enough to think you’re right but not enough to know you’re wrong.” I think I heard Neil Degrasse Tyson say that. Don't know if HE was quoting someone else or not.
He also said something that sounds VERY unintuitive...
"Whenever you have an argument that lasts more than five minutes it usually means both sides are wrong." I think I've already quoted that in this thread. Joe Rogan was like, "That's F'd up...that can't be right what you just said."
And Tyson responded by saying, "Well let's say 80% of the time."

I guess that's why I don't let myself get drawn into penny auctions?

I'll write a post about what a penny auction is soon. Explains a lot about the Global arms race, why a guy will sit and lose ALL of his money at a Casino, and other social situations. I realized right away the theory of loss aversion can also explain why fights go more pages than friendly threads.

Can't wait for football to start up again. I'm itching to go again. Haha.

Hang loose folks! Slick, you think everyone is a dumbass.
