It's the PEE DEE area that we all need to worry about. Here in Beaufort, we aren't even supposed to get a rain shower from it. That is the Monday morning forecast, anyway. Murdle Beech and Cornway seem to be the most likely affected areas of SC as of now.

ALL Beaufort County schools will be closed for the rest of the week. There will be no High School football games involving Beaufort County teams this week.

Staying put until the last moment possible, here in Beaufort. Predictions have us in the clear, but one never knows with hurricanes. We have prepared for the worst and are hoping for the best. Having had Mathew and Irma hit us in back to back years, unfortunately, it is time for someone else to have their turn in the barrel. My thoughts and sympathies will go out to whomever winds up taking the brunt of this disaster. I-95 south is our escape route if necessary. Maybe Mango Mussolini can summon up the bluster to blow it back out to sea. He seems more than capable.

If this Hurricane were to miraculously disappear from all these meteorologist doppler radar would the people believe in Jesus Divine intervention and put their faith in him.
Right now though it seems that God is pissed at South Carolina, all the weather projections have the hurricane hitting Wilmington NC then turning south and traveling across the entire state of SC.
I just pray that God dosen’t allow there to be loss of life during this horrific monster storm. If ever we need a blessing from God this would be the time.
