The scary thing about Byrnes is that they have played one game all year anywhere close to full strength and that was the Gaffney game. Every other game Byrnes has had at least 4 starters out and in a lot of games, its been 5-6.

But.........if you listen to some burnz posters, not any of the ones who are on this site regularly, the rubbles have a roster of about seventy five 5 star recruits and another 15 or 20 four star recruits. So missing 5 or 6 every game should make no difference. Especially since they have a coaching staff that has 32 NFL teams waiting to raid.

Going back to the original topic though, identifying teams who may be flying under the radar most of the season, yet surprise people come playoff time, I thing that Blythewood fits into that slot very well. The Bungles have one of the best running backs in the state, a very stout defense, and team speed rarely seen in this state. If Blythewood can manage to put the Bungles behind them (showing up the other team, stupid penalties, unsportsmanlike attitudes, or any other shoot-themselves-in-the-foot antics), and play like the Bengals, look for this team to be a tough out come playoff time. They have the capability, they just need to play to their ability. And NOBODY on any website is talking about them.
The "Godfather" didn't whine like The "Slobfather" is doing, when he got INDICTED!!!!!

Several years ago, maybe, but we arent there yet. The Rebels are getting back their old ways, but are not there yet. This week off is just what the doctor ordered.
