Man obviously should give classes on the interview process as he seemingly gets every job he goes after. But Irmo will have little trouble getting some top flight interest I wouldn't imagine. Top pay, plus a coach takes over a program with plenty of upside as their is plenty of talent but has underachieved for the last few years.
