28 head coach openings this year (so far), and only one hire from out of state. :?

Not really a bad thing that we aren't letting NC coaches invade our ranks... in my opinion....

Although, I am a huge supporter of "Best Man for the Job" mentality. If he happens to be from NC, then so be it. But there are an enormous amount of assistant coaches in this state who have worked their butts off and deserve a shot at being a head coach.

Great Falls small school but had a ceent year year? What is the thoughts on this one?

Great Falls is an intriguing situation, challenging but intriguing. Low numbers with a small town population is always a tough draw, however, that area and Chester County, in general, has produced some great athletes. Basketball is a big there, so its a must to win 2 sport athletes. Also, I have heard from a former coach that it is a great set up having the middle school on the same campus, easier to identify and work with rising high schoolers.
