If you have questions I will attempt to answer them if they are technical questions and if they are about my opinions I’ll tell you how I came up with the comments.

I believe if Bs beats Byrnes then BS get 3, Byrnes get 4. The upperstate has two 8-team regions and two 5-team regions. It's even more complicated than that, I think. Anyway, someone made a bracket out of that, I'm not sure how. Somewhere, sometime, I suppose that someone figured out the odds and set up a standard bracket for such a situation. In the event of a three way tie atop Region 4, the tiebreaker will consist of a coin flip between the three teams, the loser of the coin flip will get the 3 seed, and the winner of the head to head between the remaining two teams will get the 1 seed.
