Thanks I've been around reading but I don't post on every thread like some do. I enjoy the friendly jabbing in good fun. Unfortunately we our program has been in the dumps lately. A combination of different things but it's not Coach Jordan's fault like some would have you to believe. We changed our philosophy on weight training and our gameplan but it hasn't worked out for us. If you can believe ground Chuck has become air Jordan. We have scored tons of points but couldn't stop anybody. We are now in the process of going back to a more balanced attack and changed our weightroom plan and hired a college strength coach that has been the assistant strength coach at LSU, Ole Miss, and Notre Dame. Also head strength coach at Wyoming. He has an impressive resume and has made big improvement since May. Believe me it's been a tough 5 years but the Conway Tiges will be back in a big way soon. But seriously, it's a good thing he can adjust to the talent and skills he has. We've all seen too many coaches continue to hammer away with a square peg in a round hole.

That's true. I think Chuck heard "throw the ball Chuck" for so many years from the stands and now he went overboard. Started out this year with that offense too but the last two weeks we have went back to a pro style offense with a fullback and running more. My hope is he moves to a 50/50 type balance so you can take what the defense gives you. The offense really hasn't been the problem at all. It's sad when you can score 40 week in and week out and either win a shootout or lose.
