I asked several Gaffney fans about their OC and teeth started to grind! I can see why. There is no rhyme or reason to what they do. They don’t set up second down off of first and third off of 2nd.
An example of this was last night in the second quarter
Gaffney up 19-10 with the ball and just got 8 on it’s down at their own 40. They throw a 1 yard out play. Huh? Just run it again and get the first or throw down field in that situation.
Oh well it worked out for them but I’m just looking at it from a football stand point . No skin.

i guess arkansas just felt sorry for him when they made him the priority qb in the ‘26 recruiting cycle. as mentioned it is hard rolling out to your left and throwing back across your body but im sure you are so good you could do it with your non dominant hand. id also say 277 passing yards with 3 td passes 0 interceptions in his first start in 5a against a top 10 team on the road is pretty dang good! not to mention little live game action in the new offense with the truncated preseason because of a weather cancellation. id also argue hes more comfortable rolling out or throwing on the run! reminds me of a great qb that played for gaffney and graduated in ‘98!

Thank you. He must recruit them and then coach them up in trash talking even when they are losing. I know Coach Shaw wouldn’t put up with that type of behavior! I’m looking forward to the game on Friday night. I know the Red Raiders are hungry for a win and we’ll have to play our best game to win!

Yeah Coach Jaybo is a class act but we are very young because of all the players that jumped ship to Mann Hillcrest and MVP and we lack depth so we are struggling right now I feel bad for Coach Shaw to be left in a mess after Porter with not much to work with smh maybe we'll be where we need to be next year but I don't see it this year
